Basic Information: We are a Home bakery located in Houma, Louisiana (about 50 minutes from New Orleans) We operate under the Louisiana Cottage Law. This is a small local business that is run by a working mother in her free time. All operations are done in a smoke free, pet free home.
Product Information: All of our products are made from scratch and made to order. We do NOT use any peanut products. The extract we use is Almond. We suggest if there is a chance you are allergic to any ingredient in our cookies you do not eat them. Better safe than sorry. We do Heat Seal all of our cookies for freshness except if you request otherwise. These will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks if unopened. At this time we offer one flavor of cookie. Our original Butter Almond Sugar Cookie. All icing is Basic Royal Icing. We occasionally use sprinkles, fondant, food coloring or edible paper for certain designs. Ingredient Lists are available upon request. Our boxed sets include shredded paper as a bed layer in a windowed cardboard or plastic cookie box. All other orders will come in a white or pink bakery box. Depending on the design and how fragile cookies are they may be packaged with bubble wrap or tissue paper.
Pricing Information: Our Current cookie prices can be found on our Price List page. These are subject to change without notice BUT if you have an invoice your price is locked in. Our cookies range in price from $20-$45 for a package with extras to add on. The details of what you get in each package are on the Price List Page. Our Cookie Special prices depend on the final size and design of the cookies so these will vary.
Ordering & Payment Information: Our Ordering process starts with scheduling an open date on our calendar. Once you find the date you need and an open slot is available you will be able to pay your deposit and secure that date. We require a $10 deposit to hold a date. This amount will be credited to you on your final invoice.
Our schedule fills up VERY fast so if you need cookies for an event PLEASE don't wait to reserve your date. We DO NOT hold dates without a deposit. IF you need to change your date, your deposit can follow you to a different date. The Deposit is non-refundable. We require the rest of your order to be paid 1 week in advance. This allows us to prepare your cookies in time for your pickup date. ALL Pickups will be on Thursday or Friday (Usually in the afternoon). We process payments thru Stripe and paypal. We do not accept cash or checks. **If I am able to take your order on short notice (less than a week) then full payment is due up front.**
If you do not see that your date is open we DO have a waiting list you can be added to, so it's best to contact us to check. All waiting list customers will be notified within 5 days of the date if they can be accommodated
Once an order is made you will need to fill out our design form. THIS IS EXTREMELY important as this is where we get information about your order so we can send your final invoice. Please keep up with your email so if we have any questions we can get this step done and the invoice emailed to you as quick as possible. If you don't receive any questions from us, an invoice will be sent within 24-48 hours. IF you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us to resend it. You should look over it to make sure everything is correct. If at any time you have questions, comments or concerns about your order or payment PLEASE do not hesitate to contact us thru email or on facebook messanger. We check both throughout the day. We will contact you a few days before your requested date to set up a time and place to meet to exchange the cookies.
